Welcome to your Dīvālī retreat.
Celebrate the triumph of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. It is celebrated as a time of renewal, inner reflection, and spiritual awakening.
Be guided through traditional Yoga and meditation practices, eat Ayurvedic food rich in Prana, receive wisdom teachings and restore balance to your mind & body.
All in one day & one night.

Guided Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels of experience.
Learn simple and effective meditation techniques.
Ayurvedic morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, dinner, dessert and breakfast (organic, gluten-free and vegan)
Dharma talks on the wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic Astrology.

Master Suite with own bathroom (twin share): $399 each
Bedroom Two with King Bed: $379 each

About your facilitator
Kristin is a devoted student and teacher of Yoga, guiding people from all walks of life around the world in practice. Her studies have varied across vinyasa yoga, traditional tantric hatha, vedanta and ayurveda, making her 15+ years of practice and facilitation rich with tradition, reverence and practical life experience.
Her approach sees a unique weaving of traditional techniques and philosophies with the context of modern life. How we can enrich our daily lives with practice and worship, and deepen our devotion to the Divine. Her dharma is to share the illuminative and transformational potential of these practices with accessibility and warmth.
